We have identified cases of abuse involving the use of illegal programs by some TEM Lucky Box users.

Strict measures will be taken against users found to be using illegal programs.
In order to conduct a thorough system inspection related to this issue, withdrawals for the following two tokens will be temporarily suspended: TEM, 8Ball

Suspension Date: December 14, 2025

Withdrawal services will resume after the system inspection and necessary security checks are completed.
Once withdrawals are reinstated, we will provide an update through an official announcement.
